From concept to production
Develop samples, confirm fabrics, choose logo techniques, and prepare your custom apparel program for bulk production.

We develop fit samples, photo samples and pre-production samples with documented measurements and comment rounds at every stage, so nothing is left to assumption.

In-house screen printing and multi-head embroidery, plus chenille patches, woven labels, rubber badges and heat transfer — chosen around your fabric and target price.

One team owns the whole path — so nothing is lost between design, sampling and bulk. A dedicated merchandiser reports weekly from quote through to shipment.
Send your design direction, tech pack, reference images and target quantity for a clear starting point.
Measurement audit, colour continuity, needle detection and carton verification — all documented.
Weekly progress reports, photo updates and one accountable contact from enquiry to delivery.
Custom branding options
Choose the decoration technique around your fabric, product positioning, order quantity and target price — not the other way round.
Plastisol, water-based and discharge inks, up to 8 colours with soft-hand finishes.
Raised puff, high-density and 3D silicone print for bold graphics on heavy fleece.
Flat, 3D foam, satin and chain-stitch on 12-head machines with digital placement approval.
Varsity-style chenille and felt patches, chain-stitched or heat-sealed to custom shapes.
Woven, printed and leather-look neck labels, side seams, hem tabs and size tags.
Moulded rubber, silicone and PVC patches with raised tactile edges for premium trims.
Rhinestone transfers, nailheads, studs and hotfix motifs with automated placement.
DTF, sublimation and foil transfers for all-over prints, small runs and photographic artwork.
All styles. One solution.
From streetwear and vintage to workwear-inspired ranges, VANRD-style development support for premium materials and reliable production.

Boxy and oversized silhouettes in heavyweight cotton and fleece, graphic-led placements, dense embroidery and garment-dyed finishes built for drop culture.

Clean essentials with considered proportions, long-staple cottons, mercerised finishes, tonal branding and construction that survives repeated washing.

Durable canvas and twill, reinforced stress points, bar-tacks, utility pockets and hardware chosen for real wear — workwear language applied to contemporary tops.

Precise silhouettes, compact jersey and elevated basics — subtle labels, clean hems and colour ranges that hold together season after season.

Technical knits, moisture management, flatlock seams, bonded details and modern performance aesthetics for training and lifestyle collections.

Client stories
Our partners come from all over the world — and most of them come back for the next drop.
"Our second collection landed exactly on spec. Fit corrections were handled in one round and the fleece quality beat what we had been getting locally."
"They developed the tech pack with us from a mood board. Sampling in eight days and a clear quote — that removed all the guesswork."
"Consistent embroidery placement across 3,000 pieces. The pre-shipment report with photos made our retail delivery straightforward."
"We started with a 500-piece test run. The garments sold through and we are now on our fourth restock with the same patterns."

About us
We started as a small sampling workshop serving local labels. Today the same obsession with fit and finish runs a full production floor — but the working method has not changed: build the sample properly, document everything, and keep the promise on the delivery date.
Your range stays yours. We build to your identity, never from a catalogue.
Stitch density, needle choice and trim quality are decisions, not defaults.
Quoted lead times are commitments, backed by weekly production reporting.
"Every brand deserves a manufacturer who respects their creativity. That is the standard we hold ourselves to on every order."

500 pieces per style and colour for knit tops, and 300 pieces for accessories. Multi-colour orders can be split across colourways within one production run, which keeps unit cost reasonable for first collections.
Typically 7–10 days after the tech pack and fabric are confirmed and the sampling fee is settled. Complex outerwear with custom hardware or washes can take up to 15 days. Sampling fees are refunded against the bulk order.
25–35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on quantity, fabric availability and finishing requirements such as garment dye or heavy embroidery. Peak season (July–October) should be booked earlier.
