Custom Embroidery for Apparel & Uniforms
Embroidery stitches thread directly into the fabric, which makes it the most durable branding method available and the default for corporate, uniform and premium programmes. It also has the highest perceived value — an embroidered logo reads as more expensive than a printed one.

Digitising is the real setup
Embroidery machines follow a digitised file, not your logo image. Digitising is a skilled process and it is charged once per design — after that, running the design is cheap. A poorly digitised file is the cause of most embroidery complaints, so it is worth doing properly the first time.
Stitch count drives cost
Price scales with stitch count, which scales with design size and detail. A 3 cm chest logo and a 25 cm back design are different products, not the same logo at different sizes.
Fabric and stabiliser
Embroidery pulls the fabric. On stretchy knits we add a backing stabiliser so the design does not distort when the garment stretches. Skipping this is why embroidered T-shirts sometimes pucker.
