Use of this website
The content on mensmill.com is provided for general information about our manufacturing services. Product specifications, materials, colours and lead times shown are indicative and are confirmed in writing on your quotation. We may update or withdraw content at any time without notice.
Quotations and pricing
Quotations are prepared against the specification, quantity and market you provide, and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices depend on fabric, weight, colour, decoration, packaging and order quantity. A quotation does not become binding until we issue an order confirmation and receive any agreed deposit.
Samples and approval
We recommend a paid sample before bulk production. Sampling typically runs 7–10 days. Where a sample is approved, its sealed specification becomes the reference for production and for quality checks on repeat orders. Sample charges are normally credited against the bulk order, as stated in your quotation.
Orders, minimums and payment
Our minimum order is generally 500 pieces per colourway per style unless your quotation states otherwise. Payment terms are agreed per order and are set out in the order confirmation — typically a deposit with the balance against shipping documents, with L/C available for larger programmes. Late payment may affect production scheduling.
Delivery and risk
Delivery terms follow the Incoterm named in your order confirmation (for example FOB, CIF or EXW). Risk passes in accordance with that Incoterm. Lead times are given in good faith and run from the date of approved sample and receipt of deposit; they may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
Your patterns, tech packs, artwork, brand names and trademarks remain yours. You confirm that any designs, logos or artwork you send us may lawfully be produced, and you indemnify us against claims arising from their use. We do not reuse a client's pattern for another client.
Quality, inspection and claims
Goods are inspected to AQL 2.5 (ISO 2859-1) before packing, and inspection reports are available with the shipment. You may appoint a third-party inspector. Claims for shortage, defect or specification mismatch should be raised promptly on receipt, with evidence, so we can investigate and resolve them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost sales, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing terms
These terms and any contract with us are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute amicably; unresolved disputes may be submitted to the competent court or arbitral body agreed in the order confirmation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect when your order confirmation is issued.
