Frequently asked questions
Can you make a varsity jacket with leather sleeves?
Yes. Note that leather adds significant cost and a longer lead time, and it needs a different sewing line. We will quote it separately so you can see the exact impact.
How many components does a jacket have?
A typical bomber has 20–30 pattern pieces before you count the trims. That is why jacket sampling takes longer than a T-shirt — expect 10–14 days rather than 7–10.
Can I get a printed lining?
Yes. Printed and jacquard linings are available and make a strong impression when the jacket is opened. This requires a custom print run, so it carries its own MOQ.
Do you make insulated or padded jackets?
We make quilted and lightly padded transitional jackets. For high-loft down or heavy insulation, tell us the target warmth and climate so we can recommend the right filling.
