What is the minimum order for a custom T-shirt run?
500 pcs per colourway. Below that, the fabric mill minimum and the screen setup cost make the unit price unrealistic — we will tell you honestly if your quantity does not work.
Can you match a sample I already have?
Yes. Send us the garment and we will analyse the fabric construction, count the yarn, measure the gsm, and reproduce it. We will tell you which parts are standard and which need custom development.
How much does a T-shirt shrink?
For a 100% cotton single jersey, expect 3–5% shrinkage on the first wash if it is not pre-shrunk. We offer compacted and pre-shrunk finishes — if your size chart has to hold after washing, specify this at the sampling stage, not after bulk.
Do you offer organic or recycled cotton?
Yes, subject to mill availability and MOQ. Organic cotton normally carries a premium and a longer lead time. Ask for current certificates before you commit — we supply the mill certificate with the order.
