How it's made

Inside Our Foshan Men's Tops Factory

A garment is only as repeatable as the process behind it. This page walks through the sequence every order follows inside our Foshan factory — from pattern and sample through cutting, sewing, decoration, inspection and packing — so you can see where quality is actually decided, not just asserted.

From tech pack to shipment

Pattern & developmentYour tech pack, reference garment or sketch is drafted into a production pattern. Grading to your size run happens here — this is where fit is decided, and where an oversized tee gets a properly drafted drop-shoulder rather than a scaled-up regular fit.
Fabric & trim sourcingFabric is selected against your spec — weight, composition, finish — from mills we have worked with for years. If your target price and target weight conflict, we tell you at this stage, not after you have committed to an order.
CuttingLays are cut to the approved pattern with marker efficiency balanced against grain accuracy. Yarn-dyed checks and stripes are matched here — this is the only stage at which pocket and placket alignment can be guaranteed.
SewingThe body is assembled on our sewing lines. Stitch density, seam type and tension are set per construction — a 140 gsm jersey and a 400 gsm fleece are sewn very differently, and treating them the same is the most common cause of a garment failing in the wash.
DecorationScreen printing, DTG/DTF, embroidery, puff print, chenille and rubber patches are all applied in-house. Keeping decoration in-house is what lets us control placement, curing and wash durability instead of blaming a subcontractor.
Inspection & packingFinal inspection runs to AQL 2.5 — measurement check, workmanship, decoration adhesion. Passed goods are folded, polybagged and cartoned with export documentation prepared alongside.

Frequently asked questions

Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Buyers visiting Guangdong are welcome to tour the workshop — pattern room, cutting, sewing and decoration. Arrange it in advance so the relevant line leader can walk you through it.
Do you subcontract production?
Core production is in-house. Specialist finishing such as certain sublimation or specialty embroidery may go to a vetted partner, and we will tell you clearly when that is the case rather than presenting it as in-house.
How do you control quality across a repeat order?
The approved sample and its sealed specification become the reference for every repeat. Measurements, fabric and decoration are checked against that reference, which is how consistency survives a change of season or operator.
What inspection standard do you use?
AQL 2.5 for final random inspection, covering measurements, workmanship and decoration adhesion. Inspection reports are available with the shipment.
