Custom Rubber & Silicone Patches
Moulded rubber and silicone patches give a hard, technical, three-dimensional logo that reads as premium and modern. They are the default finish on technical outerwear and are increasingly used on streetwear and performance ranges.

Three ways to make a rubber patch
Injection moulding gives the sharpest 3D relief and best durability, but needs a steel mould and therefore tooling. High-frequency welding bonds a flat rubber shape to the fabric without adhesive. Printed silicone is the most economical and allows colour gradients.
Where it works best
Technical outerwear, performance wear and streetwear. It looks wrong on a lightweight cotton tee — the weight and the material language do not match the garment.
Tooling is a one-off
A mould is charged once per design. After that, repeated orders carry only the unit cost, so the economics improve sharply on the second order.
