Cut & Sew Manufacturer for Men's Tops
Cut and sew is the core manufacturing process: a pattern is made, fabric is cut to that pattern, and the pieces are sewn into a garment. Everything else — printing, embroidery, washing, packing — sits on top of it. When the cut and sew is right, the rest is decoration.
Pattern making and grading
Our pattern makers work from your tech pack, a reference garment, or a developed block. Grading runs to your size chart, and we test the graded sizes on real bodies before bulk — a size chart that works on paper does not always work on a person.
Cutting
Marker planning decides how much fabric a garment actually costs. A well-planned marker can save a meaningful percentage of fabric, and that saving goes into your price.
Sewing and finishing
Organised lines for knit tops, fleece and light woven. Inline checks catch faults while the garment is still on the line, which is far cheaper than catching them at final inspection.
