OEM means you bring the design and we build it exactly to your specification. Your pattern, your measurements, your fabric call, your trim list. Our job is to reproduce it consistently across the whole order and across repeat orders — which is a manufacturing discipline, not a design one.

OEM vs ODM — the practical difference

In OEM you supply the design; we execute it. In ODM we develop the design and you buy the result, usually with your branding on it. If you have a tech pack, you want OEM. If you have a target price and a customer but no product yet, ODM is faster.

What we need from you

A tech pack with a graded size chart, construction details and a trim list, plus either a fabric call or a reference garment. If your tech pack is incomplete we will flag exactly what is missing rather than guessing — a missing measurement becomes a whole-order problem.

Why we only make men's tops

Concentrating on men's tops means our lines, our pattern makers and our QC standards are built around knit and light woven menswear. A factory that makes everything rarely makes anything particularly well.

Do you charge for the counter sample?

Yes, samples are charged, and the cost is typically credited against the bulk order. That is standard practice and it keeps sampling honest on both sides.

What if my tech pack is not complete?

We will list precisely what is missing and either ask you to confirm or propose a specification for your approval. We do not fill gaps silently.

Can you work with my nominated fabric supplier?

Yes, if the fabric is available in the required quantity and lead time. Nominated fabric usually lengthens the schedule because it adds a step we do not control.

How do you handle repeat orders?

We keep your pattern, size chart and specification on file, so a repeat order is a production run rather than a re-development. This is why consistency holds across orders.
