Sustainable Clothing Manufacturing — Certified Materials
Sustainability in apparel is mostly a documentation problem. Organic cotton, recycled polyester and low-impact dyeing all exist and are available — the difficulty is proving the claim, and a claim you cannot document is worse than no claim at all. We supply the mill certificate with the order so your marketing has something to stand on.
Certified materials we can source
Organic cotton (GOTS or equivalent), recycled polyester (GRS), and blends of both. Availability depends on the mill and the quantity, so confirm early — a certified fabric usually carries a premium and a longer lead time than the standard equivalent.
Documentation matters more than the label
If you put "organic cotton" on a garment, in most markets you need to be able to substantiate it. We pass the mill's certificate to you so the claim is traceable. Without that, the claim is a liability.
Reducing waste in production
Marker planning to reduce fabric offcut, and cutting from approved patterns rather than re-cutting. These are unglamorous but they are where the actual material saving happens.
